What this service is
AIActReady, run by Stout Market, helps small SaaS companies understand how the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) may apply to their AI features and tools. Each classification cites the official source it rests on, with the date we checked it.
What it is not
It is not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. AI regulation changes and interpretations differ; for a decision that carries real consequences, talk to a qualified lawyer. Our readiness documents are a starting point, not a compliance certificate.
Payment
The compliance pack is a one-time purchase of $99, processed by Stripe. If a purchase does not deliver what the page promised, write to us within 30 days and we will make it right or refund you.
